My Plug Condition Again

finally after replace my bike’s plug with the original Type ( Denso U20 FS) and after self-service (cleaning Carburetor & carbon with VeryLube). I have used the Private Non subsidiary Gasoline Fuel let’s called it as SHELL Super with RON 92 with it’s price Rp. 8100 per Litre

then i checked my plug condition & color.. it seems that the color is more clear with less carbon deposit flek on it’s electrode

New Gear Set

Finally My bike has modified using TK Racing Gear Set. coz the old Gear is already weared-out and the Chain is also loose.
before i use ex. Honda Blade/Revo Chain Kit 14/36 with 420 H-chain. i feel weighter when driving. so i decide to enlarge my Rear Gear size using 13/42 and the chain is more smaller 420.


TK Chain is using more thicker Iron plate than the standard chain and also the Bearing is made from composite polycarbonate rubber so the friction noise would be lower. 😯

and finally my bike has applied it 😳


More Bigger Rear Gear Size then it will decrease the Bike’s Top Speed but Increase the Acceleration :mrgreen:

TIPS > Gembok Paling Tokcer buat Motor

 

Maling sepeda motor disini tidak akan mau menyentuh sepeda motor yg diparkir memakai gembok pengaman diroda (depan atau belakang).

Motor yang memakai gembok sangat sulit dibuka, kecuali dipotong dengan gergaji atau motor itu diangkut kedalam mobil box dan dibawa kabur.

Paling aman pakai gembok dengan ketebalan diameter cincin sebesar kelingking atau jari telunjuk, badan gembok tebal, dan tidak bisa dibuka dg cara digetok martil. Carilah gembok dengan bilah kunci khusus spt tampak difoto tsb. Kunci spt itu juga susah dibuka memakai kawat biasa. Bahkan tukang kuncipun susah membuat duplikatnya jika tidak ada kunci cadangan yg dibawa oleh si empunya gembok.

Kenapa gembok ditakuti oleh maling motor?
Karena maling punya rumusan dasar ketika mencuri, yakni motor harus bisa dibawa kabur dalam hitungan 10 detik saja. Jika lebih dari 10 detik maka membahayakan operasi mereka.

Tips :

  • Meski praktis, memarkir motor di halaman depan rumah kadang bukan ide yang baik. Soalnya keberadaan motor yang diparkir di halaman depan sering menjadi incaran. Ingat pencuri sering kali mengamati kebiasaan pemilik motor dalam memarkir kendaraanya.
  • Ketika masuk kehalaman rumah, pastikan menguci stang dan mengunci pagar depan. Seandainya ingin keluar dan menggunakan motor itu lagi, kan tinggal membuka kunci stang dan kunci pager.
  • Jika memang berencana menggunakan motor untuk waktu yang cukup lama, mengasuransikan motor kepada perusahaan asuransi yang kompeten adalah langkah paling effektif.

Trick

  • Jika memang memastikan tidak untuk menggunakan motor sampai keesokan harinya, tidak ada salahnya memasukan motor kedalam garasi atau ruang tamu.
  • masukan motor dalam posisi kepala kedalam, dan pastikan tetap mengunci stang, dan memasang kunci pengaman tambahan seperti gembok pada disc brake. Konon kunci ban standar mudah dibuka.
  • Jika ingin meninggalkan motor dirumah untuk jangka waktu cukup lama, pasang standar tengah, lepas aki, kunci stang dan gembok discbrake. dan parkir motor agak kedalam rumah, terutama bila rumah dalam kondisi kosong.

My Bike’s Plug Condition

Today i check my bike’s plug and it’s still on ideal condition = brown/red brick colour & dry.. :mrgreen:

and self-service my bike by cleaning it’s carburetor, using Verylube AntiCarbon. after that the carbon smog has sprayed out from my bike’s muffler 😆

what kind of modificator type are you ?

Why i make this uselessfull articles like this ? just for intermezzo :mrgreen: Modification is a changing/inventing process to make something become more better / improving some things/ stuffs become more valuable.
according to my sense, people modify his vehicle (esp. motorbike) for :

1. Style.
this option is mostly the main purpose i think. the use of racing cast-wheel, big wide Tires, or even lowering his bike.

2. Performance.
using of Performance Parts like Racing Head, Bore-Up package, high-voltage CDI & Ignition Coil. the main purpose is to gain biggest power & highest torque so initial the Top Speed can be reached. 😯

3. Pleasant / Comfortably.
the 3rd choice i think still fewer people who like to do this.

  • applying the baggage box, for bring some luggages, the disadvantage are : more heavier your bike is, the weight are more concentrated at rear (oversteer)
  • applying fuel saving parts. why ? because if our vehicle is economical then it will cooling down our mind right ? :mrgreen:
    Fuel Saving Technique can be achieved in many ways like :
    1. riding in good RPM ratio.. many source state that if you riding > 40 KmH then your Fuel Consumption is more wasted. why ? i think it coz the wind that reduce our aerodynamics 😥
    2. stopping your engine in traffic-light jam. but the risk is if our machine electricity is bad then the engine are stuck 😆
    3. reduce your vehicle weight. By eliminating unused parts. Or using LightWeight but Solid Parts :mrgreen:  Titanium, Magnesium Metal are very Rigid,Light stuffs but really very expensive 😯
    4. check your engine health condition. like carbon deposit cleaning, smog from exhaust muffler, some weird engine noise.
    5. reach a near ideal combustion condition. It can be done by improving your engine combustion process.
      combustion needs electricity to make a fire. So the 1st step is to maximize your machine electricity.

The good combustion result reached when your SparkPlug center electrode color is brown dry / red brick look. So your bike’s AFR (air fuel ratio) nears ideal stoichiometry mixture = 14,5 : 1

  • using clean Bio Fuel like 92 grade octane fuel  like Petronas™ / SHELL™. Many cheap fuel which octane just < 92 is having some residues like lead, sanddust, etc.
  • Lowering your bike’s engine temperature. More Heat means wasting power coz the fuel were burned into Heat than the energy. Can be achieved by using Radiator / water cooler parts, oil cooler to reduce oil temp, low friction parts to minimize the engine movement. Also using high quality Lubricants like Duron™

Other Extreme Ways :
8. using HHO Reactor to inject Pure 2 Hidrogen + Oxygen Gas into your engine that make perfect combustion -> cooler engine -> higher power -> saving fuel.

Cheap Modification Again

finally my motorbike had modified again with simple budget of course.. i’m trying to increase my bike’s ignition. using 9 Power stuff and SplitFire Spark-Plug Cable.
the Price is about Rp. 39-40k

i also use the Cheap Platinum like SparkPlug named SANDAI that i bought in some SpeedShop. when i test the spark quality i can say that the spark is thicker than the standar Plug (Denso U-20 EPR9) The price is only about Rp. 10K – 15K 😳


as u can see the + Electrode for Platinum Plugs are made from platina metal and the edge are become sharpened/smaller. what i like from this Plug is it’s resistance is 0 ! 😯

when i cut the cable i found that the cooper is quite thin & small not as Good as the original cable.. but the Head Cop is water Resistant and has 0 Ohm Impedance.

The standard Cop Plug of my bike Supra x 125 is having some resistance about 10 – 15 K Ohm 😯 i don’t know why the Manufacturer did that. but finally i change it with Split-Fire which has no Impedance.


Next Plan maybe i’m gonna buy some weird Plug again 😆

Today i bought the Original NGK Platinum G-Power CPR6EAGP-9  specialized made for Supra X 125 😳  but sadly it still has resistance about 4.27K.



the standar Plug Denso U20FS has resistance about 6.3k
